 Corporate housing is furnished housing provided to individuals on a short-term to mid-term rental basis.

 Nothing but your clothes, shoes, groceries, and toiletries! Toiletries are available but will not be replenished once used.  All of our units are fully furnished. The bedrooms include queen beds unless stated otherwise on the listing. Kitchens are fully-stocked with all the essential supplies needed to cook a nice meal. Towels, bed linens, and cleaning supplies are also provided for you!
 

At this time pets are not allowed. But keep checking back we will allow them in the near future. 

 Yes, many of the utilities are included in your rental cost. Water, sewer, trash, gas, and high speed internet are all included in the base rate of your monthly rental cost. $125 of the electricity bill is covered for you. Any usage over $125 will be invoiced to you with your monthly bill. 
 

If applicable,  yes, you will have access to all building amenities just as a normal tenant would. Any special access codes or instructions will be included with your Welcome Kit, emailed after your booking is confirmed and payment received.
 

All you need is a completed Booking Request Form and an uploaded unexpired copy of a government-issued photo ID to get started. We will also need a $500 refundable security deposit to secure your booking dates. After that, first month's rent will be due at least 7 days prior to your arrival and due on the first day of each month for the duration of your stay.
